Ah Cat

Most of the time in this first half of 2009, I do looks like "Ah Cat": being hesitant, lonely, and lethargic. Nothing much to update about my current state.

Well, it is time to feed something to my hungry photo blog. So, I decided to show a group of 4 pictures (2 portraits & 2 landscapes) which somehow matches Ah Cat. Feel free to discuss the story behind the photo with me, and I'm more than happy to send you a high resolution photo if these photos touch ur heart.

These photos were taken earlier this year in Jonker Street. It is indeed a memorable place for us. We used to drive all the way from Muar to Malacca out of a sudden. Driving to Malacca is far considered there was no highway to Malacca, at that time; moreover, we are just newbies driver. Time flies but 景物依旧。

Now, sit back and enjoy the photos.

This is has been fine touched by my rough Photoshop's skills. Worth it for a try although might not be a perfect one. Looks fine on my screen, but it might be too dark on urs. Nevertheless, for black & white, I believe you have to actually hold the real print, then only you can feel the impact.

Sunset - Tanjung Muar

It has been 12 days since i back to Muar. Every evening, I will go to this beach, Tanjung Muar just to catch the nice sunset. But, unfortunately I encountered several times of failure where I miss up the golden time where the sky is most dramatic or the sky appeared to be cloudy where there was not much color in the sky. Today, I managed to snap one! Although it is still not that dramatic as what I expect, but well I think it is still presentable~~

Last Sunday, Carlyn and her friends came over to MooMoOland - Churchill to fetch me, we have a nice lunch in Traralgon. She is one of my good friend from my lovely hometown - MUAR. I know this girl since I was 15 years old :) Hehe, she is the one who brought my brand new camera - D80 all the way from Muar to Australia for me, thanks again!

It is a trip organized by Photography Club. Erhm, it is a normal trip, not really fun if you don't like to take photos, but i guess most of the peoples in that trip is just enjoying the outing of with whole groups friends. Check it Out!

Wind back all of the memories and keep it into a small tube.

Sorry guys, for not blog for so long!
Basically i was busy preparing stuff for going to Australia and only now I settled down everything in here already!

My life here is awesome!I love this place which surrounded by natural environment where occasionally you can see some kangaroos and very few koala bear here. There is some lakes here with some goose and birds as well.

I was so busy. Busy preparing that wedding DVD for cousin. I just came back from Singapore.

Then the next morning, I have a relax sluggish walk at stadium that nearby my house. I managed to snap a few shots.

Wedding Phototography 1st Assignment!

30th December 2006, for the first time I became the cameraman of a wedding ceremony. It was truly an amazing and pleasant experience for me.

For me, this is the best photo I took in this wedding ceremony. Euphoria overwhelmed everyone. Groom and bridal, in fact everyone were put on with the joyful smile. Isn't it this photo make people feel like getting married?

Wedding Candle. Happiness stored in heart. So sweet.

Ferrero Rocher 滿心，滿足。

It was actually my cousin, Wilson's wedding. I realized that to become a wedding cameraman is not that easy as I though, I was so tired. Have to wake up in the early 6 a.m. morning, follow tightly until night time.

Between, hitting this kind of event, I noticed that there is no time for you to slowly construct your photo, slowly adjust your aperture, shutter speed, ISO and white balance. I guess all of these depend on experiences and swift idea which Malcolm Gladwell called it as blink.

But then nvm la, hehe, he gave a big angpao, how nice! Kidding la, for me, the most important is that I learned and improved from this unforgettable experience.

P.S.: Fatu, I volunteer to become your wedding's cameraman, erhm, let say maybe end of 2007 when I'm back. Haha!

Lonely Christmas 2006 It was so different from the past five years. Alone in Sunway's home drinking my Langkawi bought Heineken.

Outside was full of joy and happiness. Fireworks. Caroling. Laughters. Warm & pleasant surrounded me. Although I felt it. But, I can't mix into these atmosphere. I was in the bottle.

I was not drunken by alcohol. Maybe by my own self.
